  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese, Mexican blend
  • 10 pieces bacon, cooked
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil, in a spray bottle
